The following terms and conditions apply to the $50 referral fee offer identified on postcards sent to registered bridal participants in the January 2026 Wichita Bridal Expo, who together with their respective grooms are referred to as the “Registrants”.
1. Sumner Center LLC (“we or “us”) will pay one $50 fee per referral by Registrants if and when the referred couple both (a) enters into a contract with us, and (b) pays the initial deposit. In the context of a referred same sex couple, a single member of the couple shall designate the Participant that was the referral source. We will then request the contact information of the referring Participant, and will reach out to coordinate payment.
2. This offer is directed towards brides that registered with the Wichita Bridal Expo for referrals made during and resulting in venue rental contracts entered into during the 2026 calendar year, although the actual wedding date may be 2026-2028. Although the postcards were mailed to the bride’s address, we intend to include referrals by either bride and/or groom.
4. We may, in our sole discretion, pay referral fees to other persons, and for other types of event bookings. If you have something else in mind, or are not a bride who participated in the expo you are welcome to contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
5. At the time of booking we will ask the referred “bride” if there was a referral by a Participant. In the event that more than one Participant has suggested Sumner Center to the bride, the information provided by the bride to us will conclusively determine which person receives the referral fee.

6. Self-referral is permitted.
7. There is no limit on the number of referral fees that Registrants may earn.
8. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time through posting the revised version to our website.
