General Facility Rules

Facility Photography and Video Recording

This Facility uses video recording both to help protect the safety and comfort of those present as well as to enhance compliance with General Facility Rules.  By entering you are consenting to your image/likeness being recorded, stored and shared for these limited purposes. In addition, unless either (a) advertised otherwise under “Event Specific Photography and Video Recording”, or (b) superseded by an Event Rental Contract, Sumner Center LLC may photograph or record Visitors to the Facility for use in marketing the Facility.  Questions can be directed by email to: privacy@sumner.center

Event Specific Photography and Video Recording

Certain events have photographers and/or videographers present. Each individual event may have specific photography and video recording rules, which are typically communicated either by the event host for Event Rentals, or by Sumner Center LLC if there is an event specific policy that differs from our default rule. As a default matter, Sumner Center LLC and its Vendors retain the photograph or record Visitors to the Facility incident to capturing Event Specific Photoigraphy and Video Recording for marketing. Non-commercial photography and video recording by Visitors as event participation is permitted.  If in your capacity as a Visitor you are entitled to respectfully communicate a wish not to be photographed or recorded. General Facility Rules

This Facility is private property.  By entering you agree that in addition to cooperating with the requests on behalf of Sumner Center LLC, you will abide by the General Facility Rules. Although you don’t have to agree to the General Facility Rules, any entry into  the Facility depends upon it.  While present within the Facility you shall not bring, possess or engage in any of the following:

  • vandalism or destructive behavior;
  • firearms or weapons of any kind;
  • illegal drugs or outside alcohol;
  • smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes;
  • harassment of others present within the Facility
  • contributing to the delinquency of a minor;
  • indecent exposure or sexual relations;
  • any other illegal activities;
  • hate speech/symbols whether directed to an individual or a group, whether or not present;
  • interference with access controls, security or life safety systems at the Facility;
  • sales or solicitation of the sales of any product or service, unless the prior written permission of Sumner Center LLC; or
  • violation of event specific rules or requirements.

Failure to abide by the General Facility Rules may result in warnings, expulsion, future exclusion, referral to law enforcement and/or civil action, and you agree that neither Sumner Center LLC nor persons acting on its behalf have any liability whatsoever for your conduct or the enforcement of or application of the General Facility Rules.
