About “Sumner Center”

“Sumner Center” is the service mark of Sumner Center LLC, (the “Company” “we” “our”
“us”), used in connection with the operation of the Co-Working and Event venue located
on the first floor of 101 S Washington Avenue, the center of downtown in the City of
Wellington, the County Seat of Sumner County, Kansas (“Facility”). Although rural in
character, Sumner County is a part of the greater Wichita metropolitan area.

The Facility was redeveloped with the assistance of the Kansas Department of
Commerce under a competitively awarded BASE grant to our Landlord, Stomata
Development LLC (the “Award”). The entirety of the building was outfitted with a fire
safety sprinkler system in addition to heating and cooling systems.

Continuous efforts are made towards the ongoing development and operation of the
Facility consistent with the objectives of that Award. In addition, the assistance of
Sumner County Economic Development Commission (SCEDC), Sumner County,
Kansas and the City of f Wellington through their staff is greatly appreciated.

Operation of the Facility as Sumner Center is intended to benefit quality of life and
economic development in the City of Wellington, Sumner County and rural Kansas,
among other things. In connection with this we are working to provide and enhance a
Co-Working and Event facility that contributes to downtown revitalization and economic
growth, not only in the City of Wellington and Sumner County, but beyond. Although
there may be overlap in some areas of our operations with those of other area
businesses, our intention is to add to what the community has to offer in its efforts to
nurture growth; not take away from the efforts or livelihoods of others.

The Facility consists of 9854 Square Feet, with an event occupancy capacity of 508. The
building encompassing the Facility benefits from an integrated set of shell, lighting and
HVAC improvements for enhanced comfort and efficiency.

The second floor of the building is not presently a part of “Sumner Center” and is
separately available as dedicated leased office space through the Landlord, Stomata
